Description	Safeguarding Wildlife from Climate Change - NWF/NCTC Webinar Series. Presented by Dr. Jennifer Hoffmann, EcoAdapt. December 2009. This presentation sets the stage for the USFS/NWF webinar series on climate change vulnerability assessment and adaptation planning for resource managers that is set to begin in January. Calling on almost a decade of national and international experience with climate change, Jennie will use real-world examples to illustrate how traditional approaches to conservation and management may be vulnerable to climate change as well as a variety of approaches to vulnerability assessment and adaptation. These include top-down and bottom-up approaches, and efforts geared towards adapting projects, processes, and programs to climate change.
